I am a reading specialist from Maryland with a passion for literacy and education equity. As a Fulbright U.S. Scholar, I am traveling to Peru to research the country’s notable literacy rates and explore how local practices can inform and enhance literacy instruction in the United States. My work focuses on bridging classroom practice with research-based strategies to support diverse learners, and I’m excited to engage in cross-cultural collaboration that promotes educational opportunity for all students.
